The IICS endeavors to:

train students to become computer professionals knowledgeable and competent in meeting the growing demand for software developers and IT persons in government, business, industry and education; harness and undertake relevant ICT researches to provide valuable services and to share expertise and facilities with various stakeholders on the transfer and promotion of information and communications technology for local, regional and national benefit; and inculcate in its students positive Filipino values and attitudes as well as the value of independent and life-long learning.

Bachelor of Science in Information Technology

Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT): A degree that prepares students to design, implement, and manage technological solutions for businesses and organizations. BSIT focuses on applying technology to solve practical problems, covering areas like network administration, system analysis, and IT infrastructure management.

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BSCS): A rigorous program that delves into the theoretical and practical foundations of computing. BSCS emphasizes algorithm design, software development, programming languages, computer architecture, and cutting-edge computational theories, preparing students to become innovative software engineers and computer scientists.

Bachelor of Library in Information Science

A specialized degree that trains professionals in managing information resources, digital archives, and library systems. BLIS combines traditional library practices with modern information technology, equipping graduates to organize, preserve, and provide access to knowledge in both physical and digital environments.
